Daniel Eun is the beverage director of 11 Westside, Wilshire, Westside Taqueria, OBP and Dam:a Noodle Bar.  He built his legacy by being a key player in the craft cocktail movement for the past decade.  Daniel was the first head bartender of Please Don’t Tell (PDT) in New York City and was a part of the bar’s early success.  He was also the opening General Manager of The Normandie Club and The Walker Inn.  Daniel strongly believes that mixed drinks should be an elevated experience done with integrity and attention to detail.
